Address your user
User guides and other content often speak directly to the reader. So use the second person singular ("You") whenever you can.
You can get training for the Implementer role.
If you create content for multiple users, such as a manager and their reports, address the primary user as you and refer to the other users by their role or titles.
You can adjust the settings for Implementers.
Before you release the changes, alert the MiSP.
